The perpetual lease includes all executable files and supporting data files, all source code files, full documentation, two-day on-site seminar, attendance at the annual Users' Conference, and 12 months unlimited technical support by telephone. The lease also includes anew updated model during the 12- month period based on the most recent data and new research results-- F.O.B. Destination, Gaithersburg, Maryland--Required Delivery Time 45 days--This is a sole source requirement because EDFS is the only model that is available for purchase and which account for the regional supply and demand effects on factor prices, and which simulate factor substitution effects in response to factor price changes--See Note 22.
