This project is 100 percent set aside for Small Business Concerns. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 8999, Services, N.E.C. The size standard is $3.5 Million. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, transportation, and management necessary to conduct scheduled HAULING AND LAND APPLICATION OF DEWATERED DOMESTIC WASTEWATER SLUDGE AND MOWING AND DISKING OF LAND APPLICATION SITES. Prior to Award, the contractor must be a Virginia State licensed SLUDGE APPLICATION CONTRACTOR. The projected date of availability of solicitations is 27 June 1995. The projected bid opening date is 27 July 1995. There will be no charge for these documents, however, there will be only one set issued per contractor.
