The design will include new bathroom facilities and reconfiguration of space for inpatient rooms. The work is to include, but not limited to, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Industrial Hygiene services. The design will include new HVAC duct work. Design services must be completed NLT 1-19-96. Interested firms must respond to this announcement by submitting a completed SF 254 and SF 255 by July 17, 1995. Design cost range for this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. Geographic area for contractor's business location is limited to 150 mile radius of Saginaw, MI.
