This IFB is for providing all labor, material, and equipment, to build a grandstand structure approximately 22 feet wide by 66 feet long and 18 foot high. The grandstand is to have gross seating capacity of 400 seats in 10 rows. The structure is to have a general seating section, a VIP seating section, handicap access and a review stand. The structure is to be covered and have a back wall. Concrete supports are to be built for the structure to rest on. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Requests for this IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per IFB package.
