Professional services required to perform the following services for Forest Service lands within Region 6 of the Forest Service: (1) hazardous material cleanup, which involves the cleanup of routinely generated or accumulated hazardous wastes; (2) emergency response, which involves the emergency response and cleanup of a chemical, oil, or other hazardous material incident; (3) site cleanup, which involves the investigation and/or cleanup of hazardous materials from a site that is of a non-emergency nature or non-time critical.
