The work includes providing all labor, equipment, material, and supervision necessary to replace the lantern room roof (standing metal seam) and level 2 roof (modified bitumen), reseal windows & refurbish window hardware, repair ventilators and screens and repair/replace porcelain enamel cladding. Project requires the ability to perform outside work on a structure which is 150 feet above ground. The location is onshore at Sullivans Island near Charleston SC. Estimated range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required.
