Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 2, seeks bids for construction of a 280 square foot, frame, handicapped-accessible public restroom building with related site grading, drainage, handicapped parking, and utilities. The price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is located at Williams Creek National Fish Hatchery in Whiteriver, Arizona. It is located on the Whiteriver Reservation, which means that Tribal fees and permits will be required. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. This is a Labor Surplus Area (LSA) set aside. The LSA stipulation is that an offeror agrees to perform substantially in the LSA when this is consistent with the efficient performance of the contract and at prices no higher than are obtainable elsewhere.
