This work includes a masonry and steel structure with associated mechanical, electric, and site work, and incidental related work. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid opening is scheduled for 2:30 P.M. on 08/29/95. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 07/26/95. Contract duration is 180 calendar days. The standard industrial classification code is 1541 and the average size standard is $17.0 million. The procurement listed herein is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 06/27/95, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office listed above evidence of capability to perform; including performance and credit references, former contracts of similar size and complexity, bonding capability, and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern.
