Contract dates are 11 Dec 95 through 10 Dec 96 (with a one year option). All west coastwide sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (DFAR 217.71) prior to award, may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a master Ship Agrement for Boat Repair (as applicable) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessels availability dates. Various shipboard repairs will be accomplished during this availability. (0157)
