The Department of Human Services, Child Support Recovery Unit, Hoover State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, will be receiving sealed proposals for activities related to administrative rule and procedure writing, software development/enhancements to the ICAR data management system, child support order establishment, quality improvement training, process re-engineering and customer service representatives for the Child Support Recovery Unit of the State of Iowa, until 3:00 p.m., Local Iowa Time, August 9, 1995. On Thursday, June 22, 1995, at 9:00 am, local Iowa time, a Vendors' Conference will be held at the Collection Services Center, 727 East 2nd Street, Des Moines, Iowa, with all interested vendors to discuss this Request for Proposal. Vendors planning to submit a bid must submit a Letter of Intent to Bid to the Issuing Officer, no later than 4:00 p.m., local Iowa time, June 23, 1995. Attendance at the Vendors' Conference and submission of the Letter of Intent are both mandatory for all vendors who wish to submit a response to this Request for Proposal. Vendors are invited to submit questions regarding this Request for Proposal in writing, to the Issuing Officer by June 20, 1995. Questions may also be submitted in writing at the Vendor's Conference.
