(CPSC) intends to procure services from a qualified contractor to
construct an update of the NEISS sampling frame and to subsequently
select a probability sample of hospitals with emergency departments to
update the present NEISS sample. A firm fixed price type contract is
contemplated. Request for Proposal (RFP) CPSC-P-95-1165 will be issued
on or about July 3, 1995 with proposals due on or about August 3,
1995. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be
