release of a formal solicitation, an unclassified bidders conference
for the Joint Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Maneuver (JTUAV-M)
progrm will be held 18 through 20 July 1995 at the Rocket Auditorium,
located on Redstone Road, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama. In
order to make arrangements for representatives to attend the
conference, U.S. contractors must send an official visit request not
later than four days prior to the start of the conference to: Project
Manager, JTUAV Project Office; Attn: SFAE-UAV/Doris Marshall; 4901
University Square, Suite 1; Huntsville, AL 35816. The facsimile number
is 205-895-4141. For confirmation of receipt of requests contact Ms.
Doris Marshall on 205-895-4342. The visit request shall identify the
company name and address, company point of contact including telephone
and facsimile number, full names and titles, and social security
numbers of all company personnel who plan to attend. Foreign nationals
and representatives of foreign companies desiring to attend this
conference must submit an official request for visit authorization via
their embassy to Headquarters Department of the Army. Requests
received by any other means will not be honored. The point of contact

Conference attendees will be provided a badge at the meeting site prior
to admittance to the conference. The process established in February
1995 for electronic release of draft documents and receipt of
contractor input will continue to be used for all nonclassified
portions of the draft RFP. If any assistance is required, contact Cindy
Magnusson at 205-895-4311/4223. Synopsis no. 70024-95, dated 21 March
1995, incorrectly stated that proposals submitted in response to the
JTUAV-M RFP shall included Microsoft Word 5.0. The correct version is
Microsoft Word 6.0. Contractors are advised approval to proceed with
