The clinic is approximately 2,883 sq. meters (31,000 sq. ft.), with approximately 55 employees and 170 visitors daily. Performance will be from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with two (2) one-year options for the period October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 and October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998.
