Work will be requested and performed as required during the 15 months of the basic contract. The award will be based on the Offeror's management abilities, subcontracting support, capability, experience, technical staff and price consciousness. Options are also available for annual contract extensions of up to 2 years. Option extensions are valued to $2,000,000.00 each. Minimum contract value is $200,000.00 and the maximum value is $2,000,000.00 per year. Individual orders will not exceed $300,000 or be less than $2,500.00. Solicitation to be issued o/a 23 June, 1995, and may be obtained by submitting a check payable to the U.S. Army Engineer District, Louisville, in the amount of $30.00.
