Adams, III (601) 689-8990. The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL-SSC) has a requirement for a high voltage analytical transmission electron microscope. Microscope shall have maximum voltage up to 400 kV to allow resolution of 1.9nm and analyses of ultra-thin and/or ion-milled conventionally prepared samples and samples using the EC. Instrument shall include an environmental cell holder and other functions allowing for imaging and analyses including energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDXS), electron neergy loss spectroscopy (EELS), slow scan charged coupled device (CCD) camera. Complete specifications shall be included with solicitation. All prospective vendors should request in writing a copy of solicitation package N00014-95-R-PL04.
