The work consists of the complete removal of Building 362 former self-service store and warehouse at Fort McPherson, Ga. A 13,000 square foot, one story, structural steel superstructure with brick and block masonry exterior walls, corrugated sheet metal roof all on reinforced concrete foundations. Project includes the removal of foundations and adjacent pavement. The installation of off-site fill materials ``borrow'' to bring building footprint area up to adjacent grades. The installation of centipede sod and four trees. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
