BROWN, Tel:505-524-5134 NASA JSC White Sands Test Facility, located in Las Cruces, NM, has a requirement for the repair and refurbishment of two Worthington multi- stage horizontal centrifugal pumps, originally installed around 1972. The Worthington Model Number 4-UNQ-11 pumps are presently installed on two separate 600-horsepower diesel engine pump package units and are part of a water pumping system serving the 400 area Altitude Simulation System. The work may include, but not be limited to, transportation, shop disassembly, cleaning, inspection, refurbishment, repair, reassembly, and testing. All work performed and material supplied shall be certified, inspected, and tested in accordance with the applicable specifications and procedures of the Worthington Pump/Ingersoll-Dresser Pump Company.
