Services are to include: 1. Roadway, parking lot and side walk maintenance. 2. Irrigation (March - November). 3. Lawn mowing, trimming and edging (March - November). 4. Leaf collection (October - December). 5. Tree/Shrub maintenance. 6. Trash and debris removal. 7. Snow and ice removal (November - March). Issue date for bid package will be June 20, 1995.
