Services include technical and logistical support of one Compact Engine Test Set (CETS) manufactured by Textron Lycoming Inc, and maintenance of associated computer hardware and software. CETS is a non-standard piece of equipment used to test run gas turbine engines used in Army helicopters. Requirement is for one base plus two option years. The contractor will provide support services including software support, per-call maintenance, spare and repair parts support, and publications updates.
