The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a contractor to furnish various sizes and quantities of Corps of Engineers flags and pennants in accordance with specifications stated in Solicitation No. DACW61-95-B-0062. The solicitation will include an option for the government to obtain increased quantities by a written notice to the contractor. The Government will retain the right to exercise the option for increased quantities for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of final shipment of all the requirements. The contractor will be required to furnish a written notice stating that the final shipment has been made. The contractor will be required to make F.O.B. Destination deliveries to approximately sixty different locations. The desired delivery period is ninety (90) calendar days from the date of award. The required delivery period is one hundred and fifty calendar (150) days from the date of award. Solicitation No. DACW61-95-B-0062 will be issued on or about June 14, 1995, with a bid opening date of on or about July 18, 1995, 1000 hours, at the local place of bid opening.
