Other modifications to the air-handler will be included. Lighting controls will be added to the new control system. Repair of two exterior doors will be included. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Cost range for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror. Solicitation Package 95-158 will be available on or about July 21, 1995 for a nonrefundable fee of $30.00 per package. Only written request with payment will be honored.
