since 1990 as the main contractor -- actually constructed and completed
a multi-span-continuous, rigid-frame box- girder bridge of at least 60
meters span length by the Post- tension system. Note: only
Construction projects in which bidder has had a 20 percent or greater
share are eligible for review; 5) firms that can assign to the
Construction site a full-time chief engineer or engineering supervisor
who meets the following criteria: a) is qualified as a certified
first-class Construction supervisor or equivalent or higher; B) has
since 1985 had experience with completion of a similar project as the
main contractor; and C) in the case of engineering supervisor, is
qualified to supervise designated Construction work; 6) firms not
currently suspended from designation by the director of the Kinki
Regional Construction Bureau; and 7) firms not related by capital or
