R -- ENERGY PRODUCTIVITY AND POLLUTION PREVENTION PROGRAM SOL W501156-B3 DUE 062295 POC Contact Point, Jennifer Krause, (202)260-2245, Contracting Officer, Jennifer Krause, (202)260-2245 The Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Division (APPD) has a requirement for a sole source extension of existing contract no. 68-D2-0178 with ICF, Inc., 9300 Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA 22031, for a wide range of support/services - technological assessment and engineering analyses; regulatory assessment and analysis; energy markets and modeling; communications and marketing; database design, implementation, and management; program development and implementation, literature search and retrieval services - in a wide array of disciplines - green-house emissions and reductions options; conservation and demand side management technologies; renewable resources of energy; pollution expertise; utility regulation and rate bases; residential, commercial, industrial, transportation sector technologies; energy markets and modeling; supporting atmospheric pollution prevention programs and initiatives. This extension will enable the Government to continue these services until several competitive contracts currently in process are awarded. This is a level of effort, cost-plus fixed fee contract to be extended for a period of six months. The potential number of labor hours is estimated at 40,000.
