following notification has been received in Gatt document
TBT/Notification G/95.159 dated 15 May 1995. 1. Member to agreement
notifying: Netherlands. If applicable, name of local government
involved (articles 3.2 and 7.2): 2. Agency responsible: Ministry of
Transport and Public Works. 3. Notified under article 2.9.2. 4.
Products covered (HS or CCCN where applicable, otherwise national
tariff heading. ICS numbers may be provided in addition, where
applicable): radio transmission equipment, including aerials for use in
analogue Multipoint Video Distribution Systems (MVDS), in the 40.5-42.5
ghz frequency range, for application of frequency-modulated signals
(L/PAL or D2-MAC techniques). 5. Title and number of pages of the
notified document: Specification of conformity for radio equipment, SV
04-04, radio link equipment, operating between 40.5 and 42.5 ghz, used
to transmit video-signals (29 pages). 6. Description of content: This
draft contains minimum requirements with which the said radio
transmission equipment shall comply in order to obtain an
authorization, based on article 17 of the act governing
telecommunications installations. 7. Objective and Rationale: The
objective of this draft specification of conformity is to ensure that
equipment can be inspected by recognized, european test institutions
