Auction support services and auction sales for the GSA fleet management centers in Hyattsville, MD and Fort Belvoir, VA. The contract period will be October 1, 1995, or date of award, whichever is later, through September 30,1996 with up to two one-year option periods. Offeror'S will be asked to submit BIDS based on the following criteria: Pick up and delivery to auction site, detailing of each vehicle, auction support services, and auction sale. The qualified bidders must provide a secure area for storage and sale of gsavehicles, a facility with paved (or equivalent substance) for customer parking, a covered area suitable for conducting a drive-through auction and to protect attendees from inclement weather, and sufficient parking for all attendees on sale days. The above described auction facility must be located NO further thana 100 Mile radius of the capitol in Washington, DC.
