This is a pre-solicitation notice to furnish all labor, materials and equipment, necessary for rehabilitation of a roadway loop approximately seven miles in length or approximately 42,000 square yards of asphalt surfacing. A substantial amount of the roadway will receive asphalt tack coat and a 2-inch asphalt overlay. In areas of inadequate subgrade, saturated, unstable material will be excavated and backfill with stable free-draining material and compacted. In other areas of substantial reflective cracking and insufficient existing asphalt thickness a combination of geotextile fabric and an asphalt overlay will be used as the repair method. This project is located at the Devils Lake WMD, Sullys Hill National Game Preserve, Fort Totten, in Benson County, North Dakota. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 16, 1995. The estimated price range is $250,000 to $500,000. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be 90 days. See note number 1. (150)
