Z -- RENOVATION TO INTERIOR OF BUILDING 4709, FORT MEADE, MARYLAND SOL DAHC36-95-B-0017. DUE 072095. Contact Brenda Dunn, 301/677-9738, Contracting Officer Lenora Clark-Evans, 301/677-9124. Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment and perform all work required to renovate Building 4709 located at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Project shall encompass the renovation of guest rooms, including installation of fire doors, upgrades of electrical systems and lighting, installation of sprinklers and fire detection systems, renovation of walls, ceilings and floors, repair of HVAC systems to include wall units in individual rooms and central system for the building. Total contract time shall be 190 days for construction plus 45 days for material acquisition and 30 days for submittals. The contractor shall not be permitted to start work until the submittals have been provided and approved. The SIC Code is 1522. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business. The proposed solicitation will be issued O/A June 20, 1995 (Tentative Date) with a proposed solicitation bid opening O/A July 20, 1995 (Tentative Date).
