The Library of Congress has a requirement for the duplication of negatives to produce archival film positives (interpositives) using a 70mm long-roll format, sprocketed or non-sprocketed, continuous tone, black and white, panchromatic film and for the production of duplicate negatives from the interpositives using a continuous tone, black and white film. Two series of 35mm black-and-white cellulose nitrate and cellulose acetate negatives within the Farm Security Administration (FSA) Collection and Office fo War Information (OWI) Collection shall be duplicated. Base requirement consists of approx. 25,728 negatives with an option for an additional 21,410 negatives. Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, and materials and perform all imaging, processing, and inspection at the contractor facility except as specified in the solicitation.
