J -- MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE FOR ELEVATORS AND DUMBWAITERS AT FORT MEADE AND FORT HOLABIRD, MARYLAND SOL DAHC36-95-B-0013. DUE 071295. Provide all management, supervision, transportation, quality control, labor, material, supplies and equipment required to perform maintenance and repair on fourteen elevators/dumbwaiters located at Fort George G. Meade and Fort Holabird, MD. The Government anticipates the award of hybrid firm fixed price/indefinite quantity service contract. In addition to the above, the services will include periodic inspections and testing of each elevator/dumbwaiter with emergency and routine repair services as necessary. The contemplated period of performance consists of a base term of twelve months with an option to extend the performance period up to 12 additional months. Maintenance service is defined as those scheduled maintenance acitivities performed on a recurring basis in accordance with pre-determined frequencies established by Section C.5 of the solicitation's work statement. The SIC code is 7349. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business. This proposed solicitation will be released O/A June 12, 1995 (Tentative Date) with a proposed solicitation bid opening O/A July 12, 1995 (Tentative Date).
