The Environmental Protection Agency has a contract requirement for various compresed and liquified gases for research projects to be delivered directly to and picked-up from EPA's Research Triangle Park laboratories. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the gas cylinders and transportation of empty cylinders from EPA to the supplier. The contract required is for a fixed price minimum/maximum quantity one year contract with four one-year options. This procurement is a total small business set-aside with a Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code of 2813 which has a size standard of 1000 employees. Although this procurement is a follow-on to contract no. 68D30006 with Sunox, Incorporated which expires on September 30, 1995, all interested small businesses that meet the above SIC code and size standard are invited to respond with proposals. The estimated release date is June 22, 1995 with proposals being due 30 days after issuance. Only a limited number of copies of the solicitation are available on a first-come-first serve basis. Firms requesting copies of the solicitation are required to identify their size status. Only one copy of a solicitation will be issued to a corporate entity regardless of the number of requests from different geographic locations.
