Department of Justice has a requirement for family and personal issues
resource and referral services in support of its Worklife Program
Group. At a minimum, the contractor shall provide required services and
support through telephone counselors, resource materials, checklists,
guidebooks, kits, videos, and onsite seminars that will include, but
not be limited to, parenting/education, eldercare and disability, and
self-care. The contractor shall offer Department of Justice employees
customized referrals to the best sources for dependent care, local
services and support groups. The contractor shall be knowledgeable of,
and shall provide employees up to date information on childcare
regulations, long-term insurance guidelines and asset preservation. All
of the above information is meant to be general and descriptive and is
not all-encompassing of what will be required under the contract. The
government anticipates award of a base year plus up to four additional
one year option periods. Interested firms should request solicitation
