Deborah Smith-Castle, Contracting Officer, (301) 443-0424 The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a Requirements type contract with the National Guardian Security Services Corporation for a base year and four (4) option years to install Monitor Dynamics Inc., (MDI) security network systems at FDA facilities nationwide and in Puerto Rico and Hawaii. This contract shall furnish MDI trained and certified personnel and all special tools, engineering upgrades, engineering design, diagnostic equipment, parts, materials and supplies to provide for on-site facility installation. Warranty repair calls shall be responded to within four hours of contractor receipt, seven days per week.
