Sutton, Contracting Officer at (505) 678-3338. The solicitation sets forth requirements for Rehabilitation of Water Wells at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, plant, equipment and any other resources necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the plans and specifications to rehabilitate or repair water wells and booster stations as well as related appurtenances. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, rehabilitation of water wells. The anticipated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This requirement is 100% setaside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. The applicable SIC code is 1711. The business size standard is small if average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years do not exceed $7.0 million. A Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipated. Period of performance will be one year from date of award with two one year option periods to be exercised. Exact project completion time will be specified in each delivery order.
