The Navy intends to contract on a cost plus award fee basis for engineering and technical services for the control, analysis, editing, software support, and computer input and processing of readiness data collected for the Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability Assessment on in-service and prototype systems under development for U.S. Navy Surface Combat Systems, Submarine Combat Systems and Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical Systems. Services will be in support of the Naval Warfare Assessment Division, Corona, California, for a basic period of 6 mos, commencing approximately 1 MAR 96, with options for four additional one year periods. The estimated level of effort is 366,000 manhours in the basic period and 732,000 manhours in each of the options. Requests for solicitation documents should be in writing only.
