Hill, (214)302-7522 Provision of all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, parts and transportation to provide: (a) monthly operations inspections on fire safety equipment, (b) fire extinguisher maintenance and repair to include recharging and hydrostatic testing and (c) twice yearly, fire safety training. These services shall be conducted for both the VA Medical Center, Dallas and the satellite out-patient clinic located in Ft. Worth, Texas. The period of the contract shall be for a basic period of 12 months with two options to renew the contract for 12 months each. Issue date is on or about 6-14-95 with bid opening on or about 7-14-95.
