The New York City Transit Authority is seeking to retain a multidiscipline Professional Architectural/Engineering Consultant to perform Engineering Design Services for miscellaneous construction projects under Indefinite Quantity Contract. The Consultant will supplement the in-house Engineering Staff for the design of capital program projects. The Consultant should have experience in study and design of railroad and related structures. Estimated breakdown of major disciplines is approximately 10% Architectural, 20% Civil/Structural, 25% Electrical, 25% Mechanical, 20% Study/Testing/Investigation etc. The Consultant shall upon receipt of duly executed task orders perform all design for the project(s) described in such task orders. Estimated amount: $1 million. Consultants desiring to be considered to receive a Request for Proposal for this project must respond by submitting a letter of interest and completed SF254/255 forms, referencing File Number CM-1009.
