United States Property and Fiscal Office's intent is to purchase two (2) Model GFC-37M, 37.5 kVA Power-Kart series frequency converters and two (2) Option B-1, built-in test equipment as provided by Unitron Incorporated. Any other sources capable of supplying this brand name or equal shall contact USPFO for PA. The following is provided: The Kart will convert input power of 480 VAC, 3 Phase, 60 KZ to output power of 115 VAC, 3 Phase, 400 HZ, provide a continuous power output of 37.5 KVA electrical components must have minimum 18 inch hazard clearance above the floor, per article 513-10(a) of the National Electrical code - reference NFPA 70-1990, low audible noise level, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, ride on pneumatic tires, single operator capability, have a minimum of 100 feet of input cable, have a minimum of 30 feet of output cable, automatic safety disconnect, built-in diagnostic system, built-in cable storage rack, must not exceed 44 inches in height, width approximately 44 inches, depth must not exceed 44 inches which includes cable storage rack. Solicitation will be available not less than fifteen days after publication in the Commerce Business Daily. BOD will be at least thirty days after issuance of the Solicitation. Only written requests for the Solicitation package will be honored. Requests must be received prior to 10 days of the bid opening to be honored.
