The National Park Service is seeking parties interested in operating and managing two full-service gymnasiums and an indoor swimming pool facility at the Presidio complex within Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, California. The National Park Service is conducting a two phase process in issuing a Concession Prospectus. Phase One describes the services to be provided and request submittals of qualifications and financial information of those parties interested in managing and operating the proposed services. To participate in Phase Two of the selection process parties must complete the Phase One process. Submittal of the requested information for the Phase One process will be due thirty (30) days from the release date. The release of the Phase One document for the Concession Prospectus is expected shortly after the publication of this notice.
