Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to perform all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, and drawings to Upgrade Drainage System. The work consists of the removal of a portion of existing paving, excavating site, including removal of existing drainage piping, replacing existing soil with engineered fill under walks, pavement, and grass areas, replacement of asphalt and portland cement pavement, curb, concrete pipe, headwalls, junction boxes, inlets and trench drains, placement of new chain link fence and gates, excavation and landscaping of ponds, relocation of existing utilities, excavation testing of contaminated soil, placement of flow control devices in ponds. Estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A non-refundable check of $75.00 made payable to the A&FO, Tyndall AFB, FL is required for each set of plans and specifications.
