the following: Part 'A' - Replacement of all doors and windows,
installation of storm shutters, incidental and complete exterior
painting and incidental interior painting at various buildings, and
includes all incidental work related thereto. Part 'B' - Demolition and
replacement of asbestos insulated steam and condensate piping, and hot
and cold domestic water piping, asbestos abatement and removal, and
incidental related work. Estimated cost range is greater than
$10,000,000. Estimated construction time is 360 days for Part 'A' and
540 days for Part 'B' (to be run concurrently). The government is
charging $150.00 per bid package to cover reproduction costs. Please
