Part 'B' - Demolition and replacement of asbestos insulated steam and condensate piping, and hot and cold domestic water piping, asbestos abatement and removal, and incidental related work. Estimated cost range is greater than $10,000,000. Estimated construction time is 360 days for Part 'A' and 540 days for Part 'B' (to be run concurrently).
