Concerns having the ability for providing a community residential detention facility for juvenile federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Laredo, Texas area. Estimated number of mandays for the base period is 18,250 males and 9,125 males for each of the three option years respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is June 20, 1995, estimated closing date is August 21, 1995. A requirements type contract is anticipated.
