Work includes furnishing and installing a complete recoating system including urethane foam insulation, coatings, sheet flashing, caulking and sealants, and all items required to complete the roof system of the Greenville #1 USAR Center, SC. Period of performance is 30 days. This requirement is being solicited under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program as a potential 100% small disadvantaged business set-aside. If adequate response from small disadvantaged business firms is not received within 10 days, the acquisition will be conducted on an unrestricted basis. Contractors shall not have less than 10 (ten) years of current experience that demonstrate competency in the application of the polyurethane materials. Contractor shall be licensed in writing by the coating manufacturer. SIC is 1761. Magnitude of work is between $25,000 and $100,000. Telephone requests will not be honored.
