Garand, Contracting Officer at (401) 841-2442 X269 One of the tasks under this contract is the design of upgrades to torpedo exercise section hardware. Since the award of this contract, the need for numerous hardware upgrades has been defined. A significant design upgrade was defined for the Mk48/ADCAP Evaluation Exercise Section (EES). This EES upgrade is required to evaluate torpedo upgrades that are under development for the Mk48/ ADCAP Torpedo Modification (MODS) Program. A modification to Contract N66604-93-C-A750 with Electronic Professional Services, Inc., Cleveland, OH, per FAR 6.302-1 (One responsible source), is required to complete the documentation package associated with these upgrades.
