Prescribes requirements on mark durability, protection against electric shock, earthing connection, construction of fixed socket-outlets, plugs, portable socket-outlets and conversion adapter, insulation resistance, voltage withstand, mechanical strength, etc. Includes marking and labelling, sampling and criteria for conformity and testing. 7.
