It is the intention of the Walter Reed Army Medical Center to negotiate on a sole source basis with Eastman Kodak Inc. for a Kodak PRO Photo CD Imaging Work Station. The system and components shall consist of the following: PCD Scanner 4045; PCD Data Manager S400; PCD Writer 200; PCD Writer 200; PCD Printer 200 & Cart; PCD CD ROM XA Drive S 200; PCD Power Distribution Kit 200; PCD Rack System; PCD Modem; PCD 4.2.1 System Software; PCD Monitor 200; and on site training and installation. The system shall be LAN connected, and be capable of scanning data and photographic material of various sizes, both negative and positive, and have 6 second scanning capability. System must also be capable of scanning and electronically processing images over the LAN for digital library storage.
