Principal features of the project include general construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, structural and interior painting. Project consists of modifications of an X-ray room on the first floor to accept a different X-ray unit, and installation of a Government-furnished laboratory hood and exhaust on the second floor. Estimated magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be issued on or about June 5, 1995. Actual bid due date will be 30 calendar days after actual solicitation issue date. This acquisition is 100% set aside for SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS firms.
