Oliver, Contracting Officer at (401) 841-2442 X281 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI anticipates a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee provisions. Tasks include: broad- based evaluation of Undersea Warfare in the context of multi- platform theater operations within a broad spectrum of other warfare area missions; operate in both deep and littoral waters; and conduct multiple, simultaneous missions, among others. The purpose is to develop, validate, and execute a variable fidelity, campaign modeling simulation system to access the contribution of USW system enhancements to the overall campaign. This will be accomplished in part utilizing government furnished models, documentation, software and property. Award will be made on the basis of ''Greatest Value'' with evaluation factors of Technical/ Management Approach, Personnel, Corporate Experience, Facilities, and Cost. The Level of Effort requirements will include the following categories with approximately 109,500 total man-hours to be expended throughout the term of the contract: Operations Analyst III; Operations Analyst II; Operations Analyst I; Computer Systems Analyst III; Computer Systems Analyst II; Computer Systems Analyst I; Computer Programmer III; Computer Programmer II; Computer Programmer I; Technical Writer/Editor II; Word Processor II.
