The system shall also include one (1) remote heat station and one (1) pair of twenty-four inch flexible coil leads. It is anticipated that an award will be made within 35 days from the date of this notice. This procurement is being made under the provisions of the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994. A fixed price purchase order shall be awarded to the lowest price quote which is competitive with market prices, desired quality and delivery, considering past performance, warranties, and other offerings of value to the Government. Written notices will be solicited with the expectation that quotations will be received, evaluated, and the purchase order awarded within about 30 days thereafter. This procurement is reserved for small business unless the Contracting Officer is unable to obtain quotes from at least two small businesses which meet the above selection criteria.
