The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS) China Lake, CA intends to procure through competitive acquisition an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity delivery order contract for delivering, processing, characterization testing of primary and secondary explosives, fabrication, performance testing, environmental testing and reliability testing of explosive components and boosters and reporting and analysis as required by individual delivery orders. The delivery orders will detail the tasks to be performed. The successful offeror must have facilities capable of storing and handling small quantities of primary and secondary explosives and will be required to pass a preaward safety survey for the handling of ammunition and explosives, in accordance with DOD Contractor's Safety Manual for Ammunition and Explosives (DOD 4145.25-M).
