The scope of work includes the construction of a Youth Center at Luke AFB. This project will provide a new 30,000 SF slump block/masonry facility complete with offices, special activity areas, lobby, rest rooms, kitchen, gymnasium, storage, mechanical room, HVAC, fire protection, audio-visual capabilities, landscaping, site improvements, etc. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Estimated price range for work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid documents including plans and specifications are expected to be available on or about 10 July 95. SIC 1542 applies.
